Dostich Ads Manager — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MITYUKHLYAEV DMITRY VITALIEVICH, Individual Entrepreneur, doing business as Dostich Apps ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and protects information in Dostich Ads Manager (the "Application"), our internal tool for managing and reporting on the Google Ads accounts that advertise our own mobile apps and websites. The general privacy policy for our apps and website is available at dostich.com/privacy-policy.html.
1. Summary
- What we collect: the signed-in user's Google Account email address and name, and Google Ads data (account and campaign settings, ads, keywords and performance statistics) for the Google Ads accounts the user authorizes.
- Why: to show advertising reports and to make the campaign changes the user requests in Google Ads.
- Sharing: none — we do not sell or share Google user data with third parties.
- Storage: on Dostich Apps servers, protected by access control and HTTPS; deleted on request.
- Control: access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Application is a Google Ads management and reporting tool operated by Dostich Apps to advertise Dostich Apps products. It is not intended for the general public.
2. Information we access from Google
When a user signs in with a Google Account and grants permission, the Application receives:
- Basic account information — the Google Account email address and name of the signed-in user, used to identify who performed an action in the Application.
- Google Ads data (Google Ads API, scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) — for the Google Ads accounts the user already has access to: account and campaign settings, budgets and bidding settings, ads and creative assets, keywords, and performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value) broken down by date, location, device and similar dimensions; keyword ideas and search volume data. - OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens that allow the Application to call the Google Ads API on the user's behalf.
The Application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, photos or any other Google user data.
3. How we use the information
- To display advertising reports and dashboards for our own apps and websites.
- To create and manage campaigns, budgets, bids, ads, creatives and keywords in the Google Ads accounts that advertise our products, when the user requests it or approves an automated rule.
- To keep an audit log of changes made through the Application.
We do not use Google user data for advertising profiles, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
4. Limited Use
Dostich Ads Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties. Data is processed only on servers controlled by Dostich Apps. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Storage, security and retention
- Data is stored on our own server in an access-controlled database; the Application is available only to authenticated Dostich Apps staff over HTTPS.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the server and are never exposed to the browser or stored in source code.
- Advertising statistics are kept for as long as needed for reporting (up to 5 years) and then deleted. OAuth tokens are deleted when access is revoked or the user leaves the company.
7. Your choices and deletion
A user can revoke the Application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of data associated with your Google Account, email support@dostich.com; we will delete it within 30 days.
8. Children
The Application is a business tool and is not intended for children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
