These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClearLabel mobile application (“App”), operated by Dostich Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ClearLabel allows users to scan product labels or upload photos of packaging in order to receive a simplified summary and explanation of the product information. The App may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, to analyze and summarize content.
Certain features of the App may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription Plans: ClearLabel offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, yearly). Prices and billing terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your account will be charged according to the selected plan.
Managing Subscription: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Store account settings.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and branding within the App are the property of Dostich Apps or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App provides automated summaries for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that summaries or interpretations are complete, accurate, or free from errors. The App does not provide medical, legal, nutritional, or professional advice.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
