This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the Guitar Studio mobile application (“Guitar Studio”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Guitar Studio is a guitar learning application that allows users to learn and practice guitar chords, track learning progress, discover songs and learning materials, save preferences and favorites, tune a guitar, check the sound of individual chord strings, and access additional learning features.
The information processed by Guitar Studio depends on the features you use and the permissions or choices you make.
We may collect or process the following categories of information:
– Account information, such as your email address and user
account identifier.
– Authentication information necessary to securely access your
account. Passwords are handled through the authentication system
used by the App and are not stored by us in plain text.
– Learning data, such as learned chords, learning progress,
favorites, practice preferences, and related settings.
– Purchase and subscription information, such as product
identifiers, subscription status, purchase status, entitlement
status, and expiration information.
– App usage information, such as app launches, screen views,
feature interactions, taps, and other information about how the
App is used, where analytics services are enabled.
– Technical and diagnostic information, such as crash reports,
App version, operating system information, performance
information, device or app identifiers, and related technical
information.
– Advertising information, such as advertising identifiers,
device or app identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, and
related advertising measurement information, where advertising
services are enabled.
– Information you voluntarily provide when contacting customer
support.
Guitar Studio may request access to your device microphone when you use the guitar tuner or chord sound checking features. Microphone audio used by these features is analyzed locally on your device in real time. We do not record, store, upload, or share this audio with our servers or third parties.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials used to complete purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Creating a Guitar Studio account is optional unless otherwise indicated for a particular feature.
You may use functionality of the App that does not require synchronization or account-based storage without creating an account.
If you choose to create an account, we may process your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and account settings.
Your account may be used to associate learning progress, preferences, favorites, and other supported App data with you so that your information can be preserved or synchronized.
Guitar Studio may store information related to your learning activity, including learned chords, progress, favorites, practice preferences, and related settings.
Some information may be stored locally on your device. If you use an account or synchronization features, relevant data may also be stored on our servers or processed by service providers used to operate the App.
We use this information to provide learning functionality, remember your progress, synchronize supported information, and improve your experience in the App.
Guitar Studio uses your device microphone only when you choose to use features that require audio input, such as the built-in guitar tuner and the per-string chord sound checker.
The microphone signal is analyzed locally on your device in real time to detect pitch and help determine whether a guitar string is tuned correctly or whether an individual string in a chord sounds as expected.
Guitar Studio does not record microphone audio for these features. Microphone audio is not saved by us, uploaded to our servers, or shared with third parties.
Microphone access is optional. If you deny or revoke microphone permission, features that require audio input, including the tuner and chord sound checker, may not function, while other parts of the App may remain available.
Guitar Studio may offer optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed by the app store through which you downloaded Guitar Studio, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not receive or store your complete payment card information. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider.
We and our subscription-management service providers may receive limited transaction information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, expiration information, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information.
This information is used to verify purchases, restore purchases, determine whether Premium access is active, prevent purchase fraud, and provide purchased features.
Premium features may include an ad-free experience and other functionality described within the App at the time of purchase.
We may use analytics services to understand how Guitar Studio is used and to improve the App.
Analytics information may include App launches, screen views, feature interactions, technical identifiers, App version, device information, and other information about how users interact with the App.
We may use this information to evaluate existing features, identify usability issues, understand general usage patterns, measure audience and feature engagement, and plan improvements to Guitar Studio.
Guitar Studio may use crash reporting, diagnostics, and performance monitoring services.
These services may collect technical information such as crash logs, operating system information, App version, device or App identifiers, launch performance, response times, error information, and other diagnostic information.
We use this information to identify technical problems, fix bugs, improve performance, maintain security, and improve the reliability of the App.
We may use information collected or processed through Guitar Studio to:

We may share or allow processing of limited information by service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Guitar Studio, authenticate users, synchronize data, process or verify purchases, provide requested functionality, analyze App performance, deliver and measure advertising, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.
Depending on the services enabled in the App, information may be processed by analytics, subscription-management, advertising, cloud infrastructure, authentication, crash-reporting, and other service providers.

Advertising providers may automatically collect or process certain information from your device, including:

This information may be used to deliver advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, limit repeated advertisements, and improve advertising services.
Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, advertising provider configuration, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we or our advertising providers will request appropriate permission or consent before using information for personalized advertising or tracking.
On supported versions of iOS, Guitar Studio may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device advertising identifier or performing tracking as defined by Apple.
If the user does not grant permission where permission is required, the App will not access the advertising identifier for tracking in circumstances where Apple's platform rules prohibit such access.
On Android, advertising services may use the Android Advertising ID where available and permitted by the user's device settings, applicable law, consent choices, and Google Play policies.
Users may be able to control certain advertising personalization options through their device settings, Google account, Apple privacy settings, or consent controls presented within the App.
Advertising providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Guitar Studio and services integrated into the App may process device, installation, App, or advertising identifiers.
These identifiers may be used for App functionality, analytics, diagnostics, subscription management, advertising, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and security.
The availability and use of advertising identifiers may depend on your operating system, privacy settings, permissions, consent choices, and applicable law.
Where permitted, advertising services may use information to provide advertisements that are more relevant to a user's interests.
In jurisdictions where consent is required, personalized advertising will be subject to the consent mechanisms required by applicable law and the relevant platform.
If personalized advertising is unavailable, disabled, or not permitted, users may still receive non-personalized or contextual advertisements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account information, learning data, and other information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Passwords are not stored by us in plain text.
Payment credentials such as full payment card numbers are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider rather than directly by Guitar Studio.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Guitar Studio, maintain user accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or comply with legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
Information stored only on your device may be removed when you uninstall the App or clear its local data.
Account-related information may remain stored until you delete your account, subject to any information we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Depending on your country or region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
