These Terms of Use govern your use of the Guitar Studio mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, creating an account in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Guitar Studio is an educational tool designed to help users learn and practice guitar chords and songs. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The App may allow you to create a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the functionality provided in the App, where available, or by contacting us at support@dostich.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal purposes.
The App provides chord diagrams, audio examples, practice tools, progress tracking, strumming information, and song-related learning materials. Results depend on individual practice and ability, and we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome.
The App may offer optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, subscription periods, trial periods, and included features are displayed in the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the app store from which you downloaded the App, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are charged to the payment method associated with your applicable store account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, as applicable.
Refunds and refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store.
Deleting your Guitar Studio account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage or cancel your subscription separately through your applicable app store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, the duration of the trial and the subscription price that applies after the trial will be shown before purchase. Unless canceled before renewal, the subscription may automatically renew at the displayed price.
Premium features are available only while the applicable subscription or purchase entitlement remains active. We may reasonably modify the set of Premium features over time, provided that such changes comply with applicable law and the requirements of the applicable app store.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, and original educational materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Song titles, compositions, lyrics, trademarks, and other third-party materials, where applicable, remain the property of their respective rights holders. The App may also include public-domain or otherwise lawfully usable materials.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful purposes, or violate the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the App or other users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.
We may update, modify, add, or remove App features and content from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will remain available permanently.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms, policies, and applicable rules of the platform from which you downloaded it, including the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will indicate the latest revision.
