These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plantara mobile application (“App”), operated by Dostich Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Plantara allows users to photograph or upload plant images in order to receive automated plant identification results and related plant information. The App may use artificial intelligence and third-party plant recognition services to generate results.
Certain features of the App may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription Plans: Plantara may offer auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, yearly). Prices and billing terms are shown inside the App at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Managing Subscription: You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Store account settings.
To provide plant identification results, images submitted by users may be uploaded to our server and securely processed through external plant recognition APIs. Images are used only for identification functionality.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and branding within the App are the property of Dostich Apps or its licensors. You are granted a limited non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Plant identification results are generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee complete accuracy of identification results, plant descriptions, or related recommendations. The App should not be relied upon for medical, toxicological, agricultural, or safety-critical decisions.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
